The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic standards and requirements summarised in the Guidelines for authors.
The authors agree to transfer the copyright of their article to Revista FEM. In accordance with Articles 17 to 21 of the Intellectual Property Law (Copyright), all the authors of the work TRANSFER all the exploitation rights (public communication, reproduction and distribution) that correspond to them as authors to Viguera Editores, S.L.U, and at the same time CONFIRM that the work has not been submitted to any other journal and does not infringe the rights of third parties. The authors expressly consent to the transfer of the rights assigned herein to third parties.
The authors DECLARE that they are solely responsible for the content of the manuscript and for the consequences that may arise from the treatments mentioned therein, and have the corresponding permission to reproduce images of third parties, as well as the essential consent of the patients -- or of their parents or guardians in the case of minors -- for the publication of images of them.
As a consequence of this transfer of rights, the work WILL BE THE PROPERTY of Viguera Editores, S.L.U., and may not be reproduced either partially or in full without the written authorisation of Viguera Editores, S.L.U. In the preservation of this right, both the authors and the publisher agree to abide by the current Spanish legislation on Intellectual Property. The publisher accepts that authors retain the right to use tables and figures in subsequent works without the need to receive prior authorisation from Viguera Editores, S.L.U., provided that Revista FEM is cited as the publication of origin.
